Well, this should normally be a fun time, to house hunt! After we got notice we pre-qualified for an amount we could deal with....we went house hunting. Found a house we love and put in an offer....come to find out the pre-qualification was not accurate. The bank uses a computer program to determine the pre-qual.....once an underwriter started looking into our credit history, we were done for. We had a rough time a few years back, and still trying to catch up. The bank denied us....so bye bye house. Guess we need to find a house for rent and even better with option to buy!
Other than that, life is pretty good! Work is a little slow, but good. Katherine is doing great in middle school. Scott is so ready to retire....less then 10 months now! We just need to find a house!
